Our Harpsicle® harps Line Warranty

  • All Harpsicle® Harps are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the original date of purchase.

  • This warranty does not cover broken strings, damage to wood, hardware, or finishes due to normal use. This warranty is null and void if the harp has been tampered with, damaged by accident, neglected, misused, or left exposed to extreme temperatures, humidity, or dryness, and if the Rees Harps Inc. tag inside the instrument has been removed. We reserve the sole right to determine neglect. The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways. Damage resulting from handling or inadequate packaging on the return will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • As a company that has been building harps and other musical instruments for over 40 years, we continue to place great importance on providing our customers with support for their instruments. We would like to note that it is easy to over design an instrument for the best structural integrity that will be problem free for the rest of it's life but in doing so this will result in an instrument that is heavy, insensitive, and lacking desirable tonal qualities. There is a fine balance that needs to be achieved between building an instrument for structural strength and building an instrument for great tone. It has been our aim with Harpsicle® Harps to build instruments that achieve this balance combined with a simple and light weight design that is not only affordable but preferred by beginners and professionals. As all musical Instrument builders know, wood can be unpredictable, especially when exposed to different environments over time. That is why we are happy to provide assistance if you happen to encounter a problem with your instrument even if this occurs years later.
